1. General Return Policy


We want you to be fully satisfied with your LEPU4060 / Forméa purchase.

Due to the nature of skincare products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products.


2. Eligibility for Returns


Your item may be eligible for a return or refund if:
• The product arrived damaged or leaked
• The product was incorrect or missing
• You received the wrong item
• The product arrived defective
• You have not opened or used the product

To be eligible, items must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of delivery


3. Non-Returnable Items


For safety and hygiene compliance, we cannot accept returns for the following:
• Opened skincare products
• Used or tested products
• Items not in original packaging
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Items marked as final sale
• Sample sizes or trial kits


4. Return Process


If your return is approved:
1. Our support team will provide return authorization and instructions.
2. The item must be shipped back within 7 days after approval.
3. Products must be packed securely to prevent leakage or damage in transit.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Please do not return products without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Refund Method


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our side (wrong or damaged item).


6. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover the return shipping cost.


7. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items


If your item arrived damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the issue
• Photos of packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


8. Exchanges


We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


9. Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

Returns must be sent back to our Canada warehouse.
